At Fit Body
Balance we provide Personal Trainers and Boot Camp Specialists with tailored programs in the Doncaster, Templestowe Warrandyte,
and Bulleen Areas for
individuals, addressing specific requirements whether it be for an event, or
getting into shape for a special day or simply wanting to improve your health,
happiness and sense of well being.

With the aid of nutritional guidance and a
customised program, you can learn how to
turn your body into a fat burning machine and be fit and toned for life.
At Fit Body Balance we provide training at your location or in our private and
secluded fully equipped studios, swimming pool, and gardens.
Group Training sessions may be on a one to one basis or in small groups of up to
4 persons.

addition Fit Body Balance conducts "Group Training Boot Camps" at:-

9.30 am to 10.30am on Monday,
Tuesday and Thursday mornings

5.30pm to 6.30pm
Tuesday Evenings

6.30pm to 7.30pm
Thursday Evenings
Our Boot Camps are not only fun
and energetic, but will give you the results you want without dragging tyres and
chains around! Boot Camps typically consist of 10-14 persons. Why not get
